At Imyounik, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Be returned in the original packaging when possible.

Items returned without prior approval or that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter promptly.
